Night-Star

Night-Star is a 25 book series meant for pre teens. in the

most recent Tv show written by The Author, Xanie's choice, gives this small town it's first on screen appearance.

Night-Star is a small town (900 people) in the middle of the

Mojave desert, partly because of the near by army base, and partly because of the mountain filled with radioactive waste.

It's filled with cryptos and spirts, but not that many Other World members. In fact the books only mention The David  Twins, Lemon from the Big House, Grant Hiddlestone from Ivy Green, and The Sierra Pack. Although the stories include a hunted mansion, Tommyknockers, Jackalopes, Werewolves(Previously mentioned), Mermaids, and  Kelpies.

The books star a young teen girl by the name Janice  Dragoncloud. Her family of 15(6 older brothers, 6 younger brothers), have spent all of her life traveling the Americans Until they settle down in Night-Star. Where she quickly meets and befriends the local biker gang(Bicycles). The stories are told in past tense, and as if the narrator had been there.

This is of course the big plot twist in the last book. (Night-Star falls)

The last book tells the story of the town being abounded because of the dumped waste becoming unstable, Unknown to anyone at the time Lemon saves the day with her secret

powers. The friends still end up saying good bye just outside of their home town,  and they all end up everywhere across the planet and quickly loose contact with each other.

The narrator is then reveled to be Janice, old and now a  grandmother. she tells the story of her friend group, to a reporter covering the story of Jasper's life and suicide. It is also revealed that the other males from the town have not faired any better. all are dead but Smith David.

As for it's appearance in 'Xanie's Choice', it is quiet horrifyingly perfect.

The bike gang all wear modern versions of different decades, a perfect blend of modern and classic tech, and there is never anyone in the background.

Solomon Kingsly explains to Ron that the town shouldn't exist and P.O.U.W can't figure how it does or how it became this way in the first place.

A town in the middle of nowhere, where time lives with it's self and never moves. Where people come but hardly leave, and those who do, leave to never returns.

Tumblr 7: Makaki

Lana: You know, Irene gives Percival flowers everyday, I wish you'd do that too.
Henry: Okay.
*Later*
Henry: *gives Percival flowers*
Percival: ???
Henry: I don't know, I'm confused as well.

Henry: If I punch myself and it hurts, am I weak or strong?
Irene: Strong.
Lana: Weak.
Percival: An idiot, is what your are

Amice: When I met you I thought you were a real bitch.

Wand: What changed your mind?

Amice: Oh, I still think you’re a bitch, I’ve just grown to like that about you.

Percival: HYDRATE OR DIE-DRATE!

Percival: *aggressively throws water bottles*

Lana: Uh... what's up with him?

Irene: He's trying to yell mental health and wellbeing into us.

Percival: I APPRECIATE ALL OF YOU!

Henry, crying: It's working.

Percival: How did none of you hear what I just said?!

Lana: I've been zoned out for the past two and a half hours.

Henry: I got distracted halfway through.

Irene: Ignoring you was a conscious decision.

Lana: Words ending in 'ie' just sound so adorable. Like cutie, sweetie, cookie-

Henry: Eyy, homie!

Percival: But then there's cootie...

Irene: Die.

Henry, setting down a card: Ace of spades.

Lana, pulling out an Uno card: +4.

Percival, pulling out a Pokémon card: Jolteon, I choose you!

Irene, trembling: What are we playing?

Henry: Everyone synchronise your watches.

Irene: I don't know how to do that.

Lana: I don't wear a watch.

Percival: Time is a construct.

Percival: On the count of three, what’s your favorite cake?

Percival & Irene: One, two, three-

Percival & Irene: Chocolate cake, peanutbutter frosting, and chocolate chunks!

Lana: Our turn, Henry! One, two, three-

Lana: Vanilla!

Henry: I’ve never had cake before. What is cake?

Lana: I am darkness. I am a power. I am your worst nightmare. I could kill a man in more ways than you can imagine. I am the night. I am fury, I am a weapon, I am-

Percival: A doll.

Henry: A cinnamon roll.

Irene: A sweetheart.

Lana:

Lana: ...stop it.

Irene: How late were you up last night?

Lana & Percival, in tandem: Me?

Irene: No, not you two. You stay up late all the time.

Irene, to Henry: You.

Wand and Irene's Essays

In the second book of Gold Covered Lilacs, Irene admits to writing a essay about why she thought  Wand would make a wonderful ground keeper. Her number one point being all the water and people she'd be around.

Wand responded with her own essay on why Irene should never hold a title of a royal.

So my headcannon is that the two of them, when they are on good terms, will trade essays back and forth.

Some of them are like the previous ones, why they shouldn't have the titles and responsibilities that they do have. But others are them gossiping, or throwing shade at others in the castle.

Henry, Lana, and Percival are all unspoke off limits. But Wand finds out quickly that Amice is also on this list.

Surprisingly a lot of their essays are about politics, national relationships, and future possibilities. Or just real life problems they have solutions for or are seeking a answer for.

The others don't know about it, they still believe the girls hate each other as much as they did as kids. Besides Henry who accidentally found one of Irene's essay in Wand's care.

Very rarely one of them will ask him for help on their most recent list of negative traits the other have, or how they should respond "politely" to the recent suggestion on education. He tries his best to help but not in courage their mean-ness to each other.

And over time they both realize they'll never be friends but they can infact co exist in the same castle, and share the same prescious people.
