Rain On The Castle Roof

Queen Lana sat quietly in her bed chambers, it had been storming heavily for days now, and it didn't seem to be letting up soon.
The castle had come to a standstill since everyone had finished everything they needed to get done.
Her quite reading was suddenly interrupted by her sister, slamming the door open.
"Why did you shut down the castle?!"
Queen Lana closed her book, knowing that she wasn't going to be able to finish it.
"The storm is  too dangerous for anyone to be out in."
"Not for me, I had an entire training session planned."
"I'm sorry, Iren, but the castle stays locked down until the rain stops."
"What am I suppose to do until then?"
"Read a book, clean your room, I'm sure Wand can give you something."
Her sister's face fell at the mention of Wand.
"She's not that bad."
Iren rolled her eyes and crossed her eyes.
"Whatever."
Lana waited for her sister to do something, but she didn't move.
"Is there anything else?"
Iren paused to think for a moment before walking over to Lana's bed.
"If I have to stay inside, then maybe I'll just stay here."
Iren collapsed onto her sister's bed, Lana pondered for a moment before shrugging.
"I don't mind your presence."
Lana started to read her book again. Her sister stared at her waiting for a different reaction.
"I'm bored."
Iren stated only a few minutes later.
"So do something."
"Like?"
"I'm sure we can find something."
Lana put down her books again.
"What about cards?"
"No."
"Why not? you play cards with the guards all the time."
Iren's face shown in surprise.
"It's my castle. I know everything that happens in it."
"That's scary."
"Maybe, but I have to make sure the next attack doesn't come from the inside again."
Iren's face fell, Lana knew her sister was remembering less than pleasant memories.
"But we're not here to talk about politics. We're here to play poker."
Lana started to shuffle the card deck before dealing out two hands for her and Iren.
"Since when does Queen Lana play poker?"
"Since you stopped playing with dad."
Lana wanted to hit herself. She didn't mean to keep bringing up bad memories; it just happened.
"Did he also teach you how to bet?"
Lana looked up in surprise to see Iren holding a bag of coins, and a happy look on her face, not the sad one Lana had expected.
"Yes, and I should warn you I won my own little fortune from him."
"Yeah, sure."
Iren dealt out the coins, and they started the poker game.
The time flew by as the girls slowly started to relax and genuinely enjoy each other's company.
The sun was starting to touch the hills, and painting the sky in colors most people couldn't describe. The storm clouds added richness to the sky instead of blocking the beauty.
"We should stop after this hand, dinner will be ready soon, and Wand will come looking for us."
"For you."
"She would come and get you."
"Only after you tell her to."
Lana sighed as she showed her last hand.
It was a royal flush, Iren had a full house.
"And, you win again."
"I warned you before we started."
Iren started to gathering the cards unhappily.
Lana started to stuff the coins into Iren's pouch.
"Hey! why are you putting my gold with yours, are you trying to steal more from me!?"
"Iren, I am the queen of Makhaki, why would I steal your soldier salary."
"You won that money fair and square."
"Pay day is tomorrow anyways."
Lana gave Iren the gold, before getting up and leaving the room, so her sister couldn't force her to take it back.
On her way back to the dining room, Lana stopped to watch the storm cover her land in it's dark hand, but she had learned a long time ago with her sister that even the dark had it's beauty.

Oliver: My dad lives in San Francisco. I live in the moment.

Vanessa: We'll stand together even in life and death.

Oliver: Probably death.

Elijah: Death for sure.

Elijah: I love my sense of humor

Vanessa: You mean the nonexistent one?

Elijah: Every talk I have with you people gets more and more absurd!

Oliver: You say “you people” like you’re not part of the family. Well, I’ve got news for you. You’re already on the Christmas card.

Richard: You know I always wonder how tall people like you sleep at night when the blanket can never comfortably cover your body from your toes to your shoulders.

Elijah: Richard. It’s 4 am.

Richard: Is it because of the blanket?

Carla: What are you doing

Todd: I’m watching people play video games on youtube.

Carla: Why do you watch something you could be playing?

Todd: Well on Sundays you watch football. Why don’t you play?

Carla Johnson's Life

Carla Johnson was born in May in the year 2002, as the middle triplet.

She was always close to both of her sisters, even though as they grew older, their interests went in very different directions.

Around the age of 13, her powers appear.

She is a healer and can take any injury from anyone, except the wound then appears on her own body, it heals faster thanks to her regeneration powers, making her also live longer.

She is also a touch empath, meaning that when she touches someone, she feels their pain, and when she heals them, they feel her pain.

Around 16, she decides to become a doctor since her mother May had died believing that was what Carla would become.

But later decided that she wants to help people, and since her powers make it hard to be a hero, she decided to become a doctor for her self and the people she helps, not for May.

For a while, Carla was the superhero known as Red Hummingbird, who later switched to a day time hero, and then, hung up the suit and went to being a supporting role as THE DOCTOR, job in the title.

She meant Todd Ellery as a new doctor. 

He grew up in the hospital thanks to a genetic disease that was slowly killing him. His family had already pretty much disowned him because of this, all besides his older sister Eleanor.

Eleanor and Cadence are rivals and the reason their two families hate each other.

Except Todd and Carla fall in love and decide to get married after Carla heals him from his disease.

While Carla's family and friends supported them, Todd's family disowned him completely and refused even to acknowledge his existence.

They got married and were happily married for four years, but never had kids when Todd's family killed him for his dishonor of marring their enemies.

Making both Todd's sister and brother rethink their lives, and eventually leading them to leave PinesWood.

Carla, on the other hand, stayed in PinesWood until she was 93.

Sadly, the other Johnson and their friends are died, besides the Osborns and Eagle.

Carla left PinesWood and joined P.O.U.W as a doctor overseas in third world countries.

Around the age of 135, she returns to America and moves to San Fransico, where she meets and trains Alan Anderson.

Around this time eagle dies, and Carla goes back home for a short while to rearrange everything.

She returns to Californa in time to witness a patient's death. The patient leaves behind a baby, with no information besides the child's father is also died.

Carla takes in the child for what is supposed to be a short time, but she grows attached to the child and evens names him Todd the second.

She raises him alone beside the occasional help from Racheal and Alan Anderson, who now has kids of their own a year younger than Todd.

Lifes goes on like this for a couple of years until Carla gets a call from someone in PinesWood informing her that Todd, the first's, great-niece, is in danger.

Even though she is only seven, she is disowned by her family and is left with no one since her parents are also dead.

So Carla takes her in and eventually adopted her.

Todd-2 grows distant from his mother and leaves home right after turning 18.

His sister Allure, on the other hand, stays close to their mother and leaves home when she is an adult, too, but keeps in touch.

Todd-2 shows back up after a few years, married with kids of his own, wanting to reconnect with his mother and sister, they both agree.

Now with an empty house and 170 years old, Carla turns her attention to making the first Other World Medical Clinic.

She runs into a single father new to the states, raising his five-year-old daughter by himself.

They talk and eventually start dating, and soon after, married, being each other's second spouses.

Life is simple for Carla now, her husband is a cop, and her clinic is up and running mostly without her help, so she spends most of her time with her stepdaughter, her two kids and, her grandkids.

She also hangs out with the Anderson's a lot since Virginia, her stepdaughter is best friends and a year younger than the Anderson's youngest child Colorado.

The Other World Explained

In this series, people with powers and the like have been around for a while.

But because of the media like superhero movies and comics, and the sort, they never dared to tell anyone about their abilities out of fear.

Until Jenny's powers came to be and her cousin, Harry, explained to her That there was a Other World that lived alongside everyone else but in secret.

Jenny unhappy about the fact that people lived in fear and went through danger and unhappiness alone, she suggested a company to help The Other World.

Though she moved on to be the first Red Cloak Girl, Harry remembered what she had said and set out to make it a reality.

He even narrowed down the long list of possible names Jenny had come up with, to two names Guardian Angles of the World, or G.A.W.

Or Protectors Of Universe and Worlds, or P.O.U.W.

He went with the latter one and set it up with a few other people, mostly family members.

Their job is to help people control their powers so they can live the life they want too and also to accept that people are a lot more understanding then the media gives them credit for: 

in fact, in years of helping people, there had only been one case where a friend had reacted badly, but never a family member.

It grew over the years and expanded to other universes and planets. They now also help Aliens adjust to earth's life while also keeping up with their previous duties.

They have been successful in their work, except for their arch-nemesis, the equalizers, and/or the program.

The equalizers started out offering the people of the Other World a chance to get rid of their powers and to equalizers every one.

Expect they took the power for themselves and left it's original owner dead.

Dianna, the sixth red Cloak Girl, destroyed the equalizers, but in their place arose The Program who had once been part of the equalizers but had split off in a civil war.

The Program grew in power and spread farther and deeper into things humans should never mess with, making superhumans and making hybrids between humans, animals, and aliens.

All thanks to backing from The Other 12, and The Council.

They're still in power and fighting P.O.U.W, except now they have time travel making it impossible to stop them.

The Other World stays in hiding for so long because no one wants to out their neighbors or friends, to people in their life who might not react well, Until the 17th ReD Cloak Girl's rein when the Other World is revealed, with a good reaction from everyone.

If you couldn't guess by now, I really don't like how MArvel and the like treats this problem.

I honestly believe people are good and wouldn't mind being friends with Superman.

And the sentence "People destroy what they don't understand" is my least favorite quote ever.

The Guardians' Origin Story

Court Of Time is an organization its job is to watch over the realm and the three multiverses.
Somewhere along the way, they discovered a being of sheer hatred and darkness stuck between the multiverse.
They also found three people every few generations, one pure, one dark, and one neither, much like the multiverse them selfs.
These people where titled Gaurdes of the Multiverses, their had powers stronger then anyone else, and ounce their powers had stopped growing, they were sent to the doorways of the Multiverses to guard against the dark being.
But none of the guards survived, the dark being would destroy them and consumed their powers, but somehow this also stopped it from being able to enter the multiverses.
Then there came a generation of guards that changed everything, Oman of the light multiverse, Hazel of the Midpoint multiverse, and lastly Amara of the dark multiverse.
Amara had the power of stories, so she checked out the stories of the guards before her, and found out they were sacrifices.
She tried to tell Omar and Hazel, but neither believed her.
Not wanting to die pointlessly, Amara ran away and disappeared from the Congress Of The Realm.
They needed all three of the guardians to stop the being, so Omar and Hazel set off to find Amara so they could fulfill their destinies.
Expect Amara found a runaway princess witch and an unfinished magical cloak.
The witch had meant it to be a companion for great heroes who could stop wars and stand up for anyone who couldn't stand up for themselves, except the witch was tricked, and it was turned into a weapon by the Council.
The witch wanted to destroy it, but Amara saw the beginning of a great story and a way out of her death.
Amara put some of her guardian magic into the cloak, and sent it with witch into the Midpoint multiverse, in search of a girl by the name of Jenny.
Hazel stayed in the Midpoint multiverse and became a source of wisdom for the Red Cloak Girls, while Omar went back to guard his multiverse.
Hazel never forgave Amara for risking the entire realm just because she didn't want to die.
While Omar, with time and thought, has moved on and accepted that Amara's plan turned out alright.
Because of Amara's power in the cloak, The Red Cloak Girls have the power of the guardians and can keep ou the dark being.
But the being has grown stronger and is believed to be behind most of the Red Cloak Girl's enemies.

The Rebel Crew

Just a quick expslantion about The Rebel Crew.

Cody Johnson is the youngest Johnson kid, he has a dark sense of humor, and an artist, he has natural leadership skills and a total sweetheart.

He is homeschooled, and spends most of his time hanging around his friends or family, basically just doing his own thing.

Neil North moved to PinesWood from a small town in Mary Land, with his parents with the outreach project first wave.

His parents moved back after a year, to take care of their parents, Neil now lives in an apartment with Eagle and works at both Reese's Enterprise and PinesWood International, While also doing school on the side and music for a hobby.

Eagle is a street kid who has more then a couple runs in with the police, but he's turning his life around and embracing the superhero life.

He doesn't have a real name, Eagle is just a nickname, and he doesn't have a family either, there are a lot of people who will feed him and give him a place to sleep but not just one family.

Kennedy Kane is from an old family of PinesWood. She also has five older brothers who have been everywhere and done everything.

Because of this, she is down to do anything, just in hopes of doing something for the first time.

Her other goal is to dethrone Terrance Osborn from the throne of PinesWood.

Jay D is originally from Ivy Green but moved to PinesWood when he was ten. His parents died soon after, in an accident, he is out of school and is starting his own business.

He can also drive anything and cars, and engines are his hobbies and love.

At the moment, he is living either with Colton or Trish.

The NOVAS

The NOVAS are the league of superheroes protecting PineWood.
It was founded by Cadence Johnson, and most of the members are her eleven siblings, And the other's are friends.
There are over 30 official members or 30 people who know the identity of all the NOVAS.
In the league there are two teams, the first is team R.I.S.K, made up of Silver Knight-Cadence Johnson, ShadowKnight-Terrance Osborn, Ice Hawk-Trish, and RedHawk-Colton O'Conner.
and the second team is called The Rebel Crew, made up of Black Feathers-Cody Johnson, Atomic Blast-Neil North, Eagle-Eagle, Ice NightHawk-Kennedy Kane, Jaden Raven-Jay D.
They operate out of an old mansion up in the Aristocratic area, that use to be the home for the Ravens but they moved back to Japan and sold the house to the NOVAS.
The NOVAS have all been deputized so they aren't breaking any laws or anything, they also work alongside the cops in attempts to get the city back on the straight and narrow.

A Quick Look Into PinesWood And The Three Cities

PinesWood Maine is unknown to most of the world, and shunned by The Other World.
You pretty much only live in PinesWood if your running away from something or somebody.
Meaning most of the citizens have a criminal past.
Because of this PinesWood is the crime capital of the world, and is the running for being the crime capital of the solar system.
It has two neighboring city, Ivy Green, and Blue-Brook, they use to be the same city but separated and grew to hate each other because of THE EAST SIDE GANG.
PinesWood is the poorest one out of the three, Ivy Green is the working middle class, and Blue-Brook is the high class.
That being said the people of PinesWood has a lot of money, and the city is run by money, if your rich enough you can get away with anything.
It also helps if your family has been there for a really long time.
PinesWood also has the average IQ of 150, which leads to the city being way more technology advanced then rest of the world.
They have flying and self driving cars, the cure for cancer, holodecks, and a medical tablet that can do over 50 medical tests in minutes.
But since the rest of the world don't talk to them, very few of these inventions have spread outside of the three cities.
It is rumored that Lana and her sister Iren helped found PinesWood, another folk tell is that the random tower in the middle of the city really has a portal to other worlds and times.
The lake just outside of town known as THE FORGOTTEN LAKE, has the story that if you thrown anything into the lake then it would be forever forgotten, this doesn't stop people from swimming in it though.
Family honor is taken very seriously in PinesWood, and dishononing the family is one of the most dangerous things you can do.

The Hiddlestones

The Hiddlestones, (No relation to the Hiddlestens,) are a family line that's lived in Ivy Green for generations.
Somewhere in time, the Hiddlestones developed server anger issues and blamed it on a family curse, even those who married into the family also tended to develop the same problems.
They have also been superheroes since first arriving in the city of Ivy Green.
Now in the early two thousand, Mr. and Mrs. Hiddlestones are killed while being superheroes, leaving behind four children.
Grant, who is 18 and lives in his own house, and works in a warehouse.
Tyson, who is 16 and loves to skateboard when he's not in school.
Branstetter, also known as Brad, is 15 and is the only one who didn't inherit the family's "curse".
And Tonya who is 12 and the only girl.
Grant took his siblings in and decided to raise them himself.
His childhood friend Jay D helps when he isn't busy in PinesWood.
Eagle also stops by every so often, sometimes bring the other Rebel Crew two.
Grant left after turning 18 because he didn't like that his family blamed all of their actions on the curse, so he moved to find a better way to deal with his anger.

The clouds Gathered

Yet another prompt, except this time it actully seemes like a story or at least the beging of one.

The clouds gather above the castle.
It's residents bustled and busied themself with getting everything set for the storm.
All besides Princess Iren, who stood on her balcony watching the clouds.
She never minded storms or even the strong winds that brought the storm clouds over the mountains surrounding the castle.
The wind felt so powerful people actually stayed inside just so they wouldn't blow away, maybe a joke on other planets, but the winds on the island could quickly get that strong next to the sea or mountains.
So whoever thought it was a great idea to place the castle in the center of the naturally formed a circle of mountains, was an idiot in Iren's opinion.
"I'm sorry to bother you, Princess, but the Queen has requested all the doors and windows to be closed."
Iren nodded at the servent before following her back into the massive sleeping chambers.
The servent closed and fastened the doors shut so that not even the wind could open them again.
The servant bowed again before exiting the room and leaving the princess by herself.
Something Iren was glade about, especially since she could still see the gathering clouds from her desk under one of the windows of the room.

Helen's Unread Book

There were few books left unread on Helen Hartford's bookshelf.
But amongst the few was one she had had for as long as she could remember.
It was a small pocket-sized book with a thick blue cover and silver letters spelling out the title.
She had tried many times to read the book, but she could never bring herself too even to open it, for it was the last present she had ever received from her mother.
And with came the promise that her mother would read it to her, something they never had the chance to do.
So amongst all of the unread books, this simple blue book was her favorite.

Oliver: You'll probably end up mentally scaring me more than anything
